1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jili1bet ("jili1bet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jili1bet website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

jili1bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jili1bet may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jili1bet Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

When registering your jili1bet account, you agree to provide your legal full name, a valid mobile number, a valid email address, and any other information reasonably requested during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 4. Deposits & Payments

jili1bet accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. All available deposit methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit limits are displayed within your jili1bet account dashboard.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. jili1bet does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to the account holder, jili1bet reserves the right to void the deposit, suspend the account, and return funds to the originating payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jili1bet account balance instantly or within a few minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.
• jili1bet does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All transactions on jili1bet are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• jili1bet reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including where fraud prevention measures are triggered.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the lawful owner of the payment method used.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on jili1bet are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. jili1bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests on the jili1bet Platform:

• You must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• jili1bet aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times.

Any withdrawal request found to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of this Agreement will be declined and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

jili1bet offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and refer-a-friend rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement.

The following general bonus terms apply across all jili1bet promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jili1bet reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

jili1bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of the change, subject to the applicable wagering requirements remaining in force.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jili1bet Platform — including Cricket, Ludo Quick, Fishing Expert, Golf, Monster Triple, and Midas Fortune — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by jili1bet, its staff, or any player.

Each game on jili1bet is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a wager. jili1bet will not reverse or void a wager on the grounds that a player was unaware of the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, jili1bet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account balance. jili1bet's decision in such matters is final.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili1bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jili1bet, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jili1bet Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any jili1bet game or system feature.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the jili1bet Platform.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using stolen payment credentials.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any jili1bet software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili1bet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the jili1bet Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

jili1bet employs fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment providers and law enforcement agencies to identify and act on prohibited conduct. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to any refund of deposits or return of forfeited balances.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

jili1bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where jili1bet reasonably believes that:

• The player has breached any provision of this Agreement.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct.
• The player has provided false or unverifiable identity information.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to jili1bet, other players, or third parties.
• The player has requested self-exclusion under jili1bet's Responsible Gaming policy.
• jili1bet is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Upon account closure for breach of this Agreement, jili1bet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable processing fees.

You may request voluntary closure of your jili1bet account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jili1bet Platform — including but not limited to the jili1bet brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jili1bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jili1bet Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 11. Limitation of Liability

jili1bet does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jili1bet will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

12. Privacy

jili1bet collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering on jili1bet, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jili1bet implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and jili1bet cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.

13. Responsible Gaming
